Student accommodation is an economical and convenient form of accommodation for people studying or visiting within the Newcastle area. We currently have available rooms available within a shared household as detailed below. All rooms include bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. The common areas include lounge, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Expenses such as ground maintenance, water, electricity and gas if connected are included in the weekly rent for your convenience. As the rooms are furnished, a bond of equal to six weeks rent is required at the commencement of the lease. A minimum lease of nine months is required which could be negotiated with the landlords approval. Inspections by appointment only. Nine bedroom lodge with a range of rooms available. Some rooms have queen beds with ensuites, others have single beds with bar fridges in the rooms. One room features queen bed, ensuite and its own lounge area.
