Student accommodation is an economical and convenient form of accommodation for people studying or visiting within the Newcastle area. We currently have one room only within this shared household . The room includes bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. The common areas include lounge, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Expenses such as ground maintenance, water, electricity and gas if connected are included in the weekly rent for your convenience. As the rooms are furnished, a bond of equal to six weeks rent is required at the commencement of the lease. Off street parking in a quiet location.
