Student accommodation is an economical and convenient form of accommodation for people studying or visiting within the Newcastle area. We currently have available rooms available within a shared household as detailed below. All rooms include bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. As the rooms are furnished, a bond of equal to six weeks rent is required at the commencement of the lease.
